To qualify for a return:

• All tags, labels and accessories must be included.

You are responsible for the return postage cost, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once the return is approved and received, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–7 working days.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days.
